Packing List (beyond regular hygiene items):
No O.D. Required
Each participant will be provided with a T-shirt and a polo shirt on Monday. Please wear an FFA/FFA Chapter shirt/sweatshirt on Sunday. Appropriate, clean jeans for Sunday-Tuesday; dark jeans or Khaki Pants for Monday night Reception.
Closed-Toe Shoes for all activities (no Dudes or similar. Wear clean, solid, good-quality, shop-quality footwear. Jackets, hats, and gloves are necessary for tours and outside work at John Deere.
2026 Conference Details
When: March 1 - 3, 2026 (Running at the same time as APEX and using the same hotel location for drop off.)
Where: Students will stay in a hotel in St. Paul, MN. Additional transportation will be provided to access additional conferences at the John Deere Training Center in Eagan, St. Paul College, and the individual tour sites. Students will be returned to the Capitol and/or Drury Inn at noon on Tuesday.
Who: FFA members in grades 10-12 are encouraged to apply.
Cost: $100/student (reduced fee due to grant dollars). T.E.C. fees include lodging, meals, transportation once a student has arrived at the conference, conference materials, and programming. (Scholarships likely available - TBA)
